YOGA FOR CHRONIC PAIN
Sciatica, Stenosis, Spondylolisthesis and other usual causes of chronic back and neck pain can be softened through the practice of Yoga as you learn how to relax the muscles fatigue and constriction that these conditions bring. You will learn in our personalized classes how to develop these techniques and practice them in a daily basis.

Diego Gesualdi is a former Rugby player that have introduced Yoga to treat Rugby players and their different game injuries. This class is recommended for runners, bikers, swimmers, hikers or any other sports related activities as it will be the perfect complement, preventing usual injuries. Gaining flexibility and strength through deep stretching working particular groups of muscles at a time.

This class is a moving Meditation. You will gain awareness of your breathing, body, heart and mind as you move through the poses, having a great sense of relaxation and wellbeing. Was designed by Diego Gesualdi after many years teaching Meditation in Yoga studios. Recommended for those that want to deeply relax and explore meditation.
Thoughtful and relaxing stretching to understand our bodies and prepare our connective tissues (tendons, ligaments, deep fascia) through Yin energy flow mostly on the floor and to gently move into Yang energy flow with more emphasis in our muscles and mostly standing poses to build strength and stability. Based on the Ying-Yang concept whether our connective tissues should be treated trough Ying energy and our muscles through Yang energy. Perfect for all ages and levels.
PROPER ALIGNMENT AND DEEP STRETCHING
In this class we master the use of props that can help the student to align properly against gravity holding the poses for a long period of time. This class help to create a great body expression as well as to stretch muscles deeply to bring strength and flexibility.
ONE HOUR FLOW
To prepare yourself for the weekend, get energized and refreshed with this one hour Vinyasa Flow. This class is based on Vinyasa Flow that link breath and poses. Expect sweeting and to be challenged.
