This stimulation generates\u00a0the protein\u00a0FGF2, which is a fibroblast\u00a0of\u00a0growth\u00a0that\u00a0creates\u00a0new neurons in the hippocampus.\u00a0The\u00a0catch\u00a0about\u00a0stress\u00a0is to release it daily.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">The\u00a0concept\u00a0of personal maintenance is normal for us. \u00a0We all know and practice routines, such as brushing our teeth or taking a shower,\u00a0on a daily basis.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">We take these steps to deal with bacteria and personal hygiene.\u00a0Similarly, it is deeply recommended\u00a0every day\u00a0to release\u00a0the\u00a0enormous amount of stress we\u00a0hold, especially during\u00a0this time of quarantine.
