MINDFUL HEALING
More than one third of the American population experiences health issues such as chronic pain, anxiety, eating disorders, sleeping disorders, depression and isolation. This affects not just the individuals, but impacts everyone else around them as well, including family members, coworkers and friends. This program, based on the millenary wisdom of Ayurveda, known as the oldest healing system in the planet and recognized by its preventing qualities, will help you to explore the different realms of your health such as Nutrition, Exercise, Emotions, Stress and Sleeping. We will provide you with practical techniques and tools to improve your well-being according to your body/mind constitution working toward what we call perfect health, a balanced centered life style.

Food as Medicine
RESET YOUR ENERGY
Ayurveda has a very interesting way to see humans through their body mind constitution. It is clear that we are not all physically fit or mentally prepared in the same way. It is also clear that we respond to similar circumstances in completely different ways. Everything we eat creates the tissues that forms our bodies. Eating accordingly to our body / mind constitution, will reboot our energy along the day and will keep us strong and healthy.
Exercise
KEEP MOVING
There is nothing more valuable as exercise than moving your body. Walking, running, dancing, swimming, hiking, etc. are crucial ways to have your body in constant movement, taking you away from the sedentary life we have come to live. Based on Yoga and breathing exercises, through this program you will understand how to develop the exercise routine that fits for you.

Stress Management
OWN YOUR IMPACT
Every day we deal with stress. Most of us see stress as a negative energy that we must face. Instead, in our program we see stress as the way we respond when our needs are not met. Through this definition we can handle stress by understanding our needs as we own our impact. Meditation is the core practice to develop this feedback and understanding, as we also go through practical techniques to cope with stress as it arises.
Sleep Pattern
INNER EXPLORATION
Most of us consider sleeping as the time to shut down. But sleeping could be considered as the perfect inner exploration, as our state of consciousness changes from awake to deep sleep and dreaming or REM. What we propose in our program is to utilize these hours of sleeping to explore our inner self. Through basic techniques to be developed before and after sleeping, we will help you to attain a quality resting time.

Emotional Healing
BE RESILIENT
Some scientists call the heart “The Second Brain” as research has shown, our heart has neural networking. This implies the necessity to rethink of our heart as another layer of our existence or emotional center. Healing our emotions through Recognition, Nonviolent communication and Acceptance will develop the necessary resilience to face our days towards gratitude and love.
Our Inner Self
SELF-AWARENESS
During our upbringing, we begin the process to form what we call personality, we build layers of separation from the outer environment that we call boundaries. Through this “learning process”, we had also created the separation of our inner self, since we spend all our energy, on strategies and thoughts to build this personality that we described earlier. We spend all our energy, to support the importance of ourselves, not the real being, but the one we have created through our minds and strategies. Self-awareness then becomes critical to gently undo this subtle process and, therefore, become the being we might be, not the being we are supposed to be.

Our Five Senses
CONTACT WITH NATURE
Today, the air quality of the major conglomerates on our planet Earth registers critical levels. Our contact with nature has become minimal, as long as our health is deteriorating. In this program we will explore the information we receive through our five senses, which could be a great opportunity to understand the healing process of nature and thus effectively develop tools to rebuild our strength and resilience in this our current environment.
