Diego is a Health and Wellness Instructor, graduated from the Chopra Center (Carlsbad, CA) as a Vedic Educator with an emphasis on Meditation, Yoga, and Ayurveda. He has studied with renowned experts such as Deepak Chopra, David Simon, and Dr. Suhas Kshirsagar, among others.
Initiated into Transcendental Meditation in 1983, Diego has brought Meditation, Yoga, and Ayurveda to various settings, including prisons, rehabilitation centers, and schools. Founder of “MYA” in 2011, he has guided thousands in the practice of these disciplines and primarily offers classes and consultations in Los Angeles.
In addition to his connection with Rugby, he tailors his teachings for athletes and works in rehabilitation centers such as Passages Malibu-Ventura. He is invited annually to teach at the Chopra Center and has participated in training seminars and conferences in companies, health centers, and schools.
Diego has also conducted workshops and lectures in Argentina, Peru, and other locations, serving as a keynote speaker at events such as Lima Medita 2016. His commitment to yoga continues through seminars and training, always seeking to connect with new students and organizations.
