Brion Clarkson has had a lifelong experience in the food industry. She started working in a sandwich shop in the mid 70’s learning the basis of the food business. She then, worked in restaurant in the 80’s as a server and bartender. She then transition into catering in the early 90’s till present. In the catering arena is where she learned buffet styling, food preparation, set up and break down of events. After learning the catering trade from top to bottom she then took a cooking classes which gave her the knowledge to open her own catering company. She had a professional kitchen where she ran Bullseye Catering which was targeted for business luncheons Her second company was Absolutely Gourmet Catering which feature event planning for weddings, sit-down dinners and large events. Her food experience and personal journey has moved her in the direction of how food affects her body, mind and spirit. She is presently exploring Ayurveda, vegetarian cuisine, and healthier choices in life.
